We look forward to welcoming your friends and family to our spacious property, which comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests across its 11 inviting bedrooms.

Please note, we understand that pets are often cherished members of your family; however, we are unable to accommodate dogs or any other pets at the property.

  • Luxury large hot-tub with outdoor entertainment area.
  • Oil central heating, with underfloor heating on ground floor and wood-burning stoves in sitting rooms.
  • Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and integrated fridge and freezer.
  • 3 TVs (1 with basic Sky, 1 with Freeview and 1 for games console only), DVD, PlayStation 3 with small selection of games, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.
  • One basket of logs for log burners is provided. Additional logs can be purchased if required.
  • Bed linen and towels included.
  • Additional towels for hot-tub included.
  • Two travel cots, highchairs and stair-gate available upon request.
  • Off road parking for 11 cars.
  • Bike cleaning facilities and lockable storage shed.
  • Enclosed front lawned garden with patio and furniture, plus rear patio with hot tub, covered seating area and Gas BBQ.
  • Shop and Pub just 1.5 miles away.

  • Grocery home-deliveries can be accepted on your behalf.
  • Sorry, NO pets allowed.
  • No fireworks allowed due to farm animals being in close proximity to the property.
  • No smoking.

We are happy to receive a Tesco/Asda delivery after 3pm on the day of your arrival - please contact us to arrange.

For a small charge, we can arrange for decorations, such as a balloon arch, to be erected for your stay - please contact us to arrange.

Note: The barns are adjacent to our working sheep and cattle farm, with some outbuildings in view, which we do hope will give you an insight into rural country life and enhance your stay at Castell Courtyard.

Note: Two internal steps into sitting room and three steps into south wing bedroom and bathroom, plus a slope down from the car park (limited alternative parking available for guests with limited mobility. Arrangements will be happily undertaken to accommodate to the best of our ability).
